On-Site Services
New Age Computer Services provides computer services at residential and commercial locations - for stand-alone PC's and Macs, and for networked systems running Microsoft, Apple and Linux networks.
If you are focusing on work productivity, or you desire convenience, you can schedule an appointment at your home or business during our regular business hours from 10am to 7pm on the weekdays. We will try to accommodate you if you wish us to come earlier on a weekday morning or evening. The store number is 765-287-8812.
Network Services
On-Site Diagnostics
There are a variety of systems and components that must interact effectively with one another to produce a stable and productive digital environment, including hardware, software, and networking components. This makes some computer problems difficult to diagnose, unless you have all the associated hardware devices and systems available.
If you have had difficulty pinpointing problems with your system or network, or if you have other ongoing issues, you may wish to schedule an on-site call. You'll be able to apply half of the cost of the on-site diagnostic fee to repair costs.
Repairs and Upgrades
Repair work or upgrades based upon on-site diagnostics can be completed on-site. Alternatively, necessary repairs or upgrades can be done back at our store in North Lyndenbrook Plaza at a lower hourly cost, and any system or component can be delivered and configured for you upon completion.
